I experienced no problems with my CPAP machine and was comfortable with it right away. It has without doubt changed my life. I now realise that I was quite depressed because of my poor sleep. A few interesting things have occurred:

1. I used to get nocturia at night which has now stopped.
   
2. My snoring has now completely stopped as well as the apnoea
   
3. I have been able to loose 12kg in weight
   
4. I feel so good!
